Four years in prison for the accused of theft in Atrio
The Audience of Cáceres has sentenced Romanian Dumitru Constantin to four years in prison, 48 -year -old partner and his 29 -year -old Mexican exmsss, after they were accused of stealing 45 bottles of wine from the Atrio restaurant, located in the city Cacereña and that they visited up to three times.

The sentence, of 24 folios and whose content includes ‘El País’, said that Constantin and Guevara “planned the events on June 1 and 13, and on August 12”, with the previous stay of the woman at the Hotel Athrus Located next to the restaurant on October 26. The exmiss, according to the brief, arrived with a false Swiss passport and with an empty backpack and had dinner that same night with the Romanian male. Arrested in Croatia in July 2022
